Warranty

Every automatic watch carries a five-year warranty; quartz, solar and kinetic watches carry two years. Straps and accessories are covered for one year.

Covered

Movement defects, case and crystal defects, water ingress within the stated rating, and manufacturing faults in the strap or clasp.

Not covered

Normal wear, scratches, damage from impact, misuse, unauthorised repair, and bronze patina (that's the point).

Email support@eminches.com with your order number and photos. We'll arrange collection.
